We encourage anyone interested in classes to come and participate

Our beginner FREE class is designed to introduce you to the sport of fencing and give you the basic fundamentals you will need to start fencing. The class covers basic footwork and handwork. We provide all the fencing equipment, but if you wish, you may purchase your own.

No commitment required for the first fencing practice.
It is FREE of charge.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Is fencing safe?

Yes! It is a safe sport. According to research fencing has fewer injuries than most sports

What will I need to bring to my first class?

Tennis or other athletic non-marking shoes (no sandals), shorts or track pants (no jeans), t-shirt, water.

Do I have to be athletic/sporty to start fencing?

No. You don't need to be athletic to begin. But sport fencing is physically challenging in general.
