This training program is by invitation only from the Head Coach. It is designed for the advanced fencers who are competing at the national and international level. All students are expected to have a solid command of advanced handwork and footwork and be ready for a strong cardiovascular workout. This is a high intensity program with a focus on drilling, competitive bouting, strategy and tactics, as well as strength, speed and endurance training.
